Is the Android app paid?
No. The Android APK is planned as a free companion app. Paid features live on the Windows license.
Does VikCastX work with OBS?
Yes. Cast into the Windows app, then capture the app window or display in OBS for streaming or recording.
Which connection is best for gaming?
USB is the recommended mode when latency matters most. WiFi is useful when cable-free movement is more important.
Can I buy without an account?
For the first beta, purchases can use a Razorpay payment link and manual license delivery. Account dashboards can come later.
What happens if I change PCs?
The admin panel is prepared for device resets so support can release a license from an old Windows PC.
