Paid Windows licenses
Refund handling for VikCastX Windows desktop software licenses is reviewed manually.
Eligibility
Refund requests can be considered when activation fails and support cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may not be available after successful activation and continued use unless required by law.
How to request
Contact support with the payment reference, license key, email address, and a short issue summary.
Processing
Approved refunds should be issued through the original payment provider where possible.
